The railway commercial centre is developed at ‘Thriasio Pedio’, close to Athens, along the Athens – Corinth high speed railway line. In the first stage the station shall have a capacity of 500 cars per day. The building installations are divided in 26 units, which consist of single storey to three storey structures (40 building in total). The total building area is 20,000m2 while the surrounding area is 25,000m2. The majority of the buildings are steel structures.
