Located two kilometers from Fira, in the area of Messaria, on an 8,200 m2 plot of land, lies the luxurious estate EROSANTORINI. Scope of the design was the creation of a private estate of the highest standards. This included the integration of six already existing reinforced concrete building skeletons that were located at a lower level on the west side of the plot. The design included structural modifications to the existing buildings and new buildings, swimming pools, chapel and canopies. Α R/C retaining wall covered with black volcanic stone, in a crooked line shape, defines the lower level with the building volumes, the private back yards for every residence and a central three level V-shaped pool with water sun beds and a water cave. The elevated surrounding area of the plot includes walking zones through plants selected from the arid Therean landscape, resting areas, viewpoints and a small chapel.
