The building is situated at Mesogion Avenue in Athens and has a total floor area of 10,400m2 on a 1,370m2 building plot. The working space can accommodate up to 215 people on 7 floors above ground, while 4 underground levels provide parking spaces. The structure consists of reinforced concrete frames with the exception of the roof, which is realized with steel frames and composite slabs. Due to the fact that the building is situated in an area of heavy vehicular traffic, an atrium garden was created at the building’s center, in order to enhance internal life and pleasant view.

The building was nominated for the Balthasar Neumann Prize 2004 and was also awarded the 2004 RIBA prize (Royal Institute of British Architects).
