The industrial facilities of ‘OLYMPOS’ dairy products are situated at the industrial zone of Larisa in central Greece. The building complex covers an area of 12,200m2 on a 31,000 m2 plot. The office administration building is an R/C structure with frames and shear walls (dual system). The production buildings as well as the electromechanical centre have R/C skeletons while their roofs are formed by structural steel trusses. Finally, the industrial facilities include also a substantial number of other supporting structures like canopies, underground tanks, underground electro-mechanical corridor etc.
