
Training Centre of Olympiakos F.C.,

The training centre of Olympiakos F.C. is constructed at Rentis, Piraeus, in accordance to the most up-to-date international standards. It was utilized as an Olympic Training Centre during the 2004 Athens games. The building complex comprises of the accommodation section, locker room section and the gymnasium, having a total area of 5,600 m2. The two storey superstructures of the buildings are constructed by structural steel. The slabs are composite steel-concrete and the structural system consists of moment resisting frames in the transverse direction, while in the longitudinal direction, vertical X-bracing are placed.
