The office park, when completed, shall be the first Class A Office Park to be developed in the greater Athens area. The site is located close to the redeveloped sea front, and in the middle of Piraeus and Athens, next to ‘Karaiskakis’ football stadium. The complex consists of 4 office buildings (6 storeys each) with a total floor area of 67,770m² and a 9 storey car parking building with a total floor area of 28,100m². Free space between buildings includes green areas and pathways for internal pedestrian circulation, while the ground floor building areas include restaurants, retail areas and fitness centre. All buildings are constructed with reinforced concrete and have pile foundations. Their structural system consists of columns at 7.50x7.50m grid, shear walls and ribbed slabs of 30cm thickness in order to avoid the presence of beams and to increase the available free floor height.
