The building, constructed with reinforced concrete, consists of seven storeys above ground level which are utilized as office spaces and two underground storeys dedicated to car parking areas. The building has a total floor area of 18,000m2. The adopted structural system is ‘dual’ (R/C frames and shear walls) and the slabs are ribbed in both orthogonal directions. A structural steel cladding system is adopted for the building’s external walls.
